The brief

A shop taking bookings through LINE chats and paper notebooks was dropping the ball daily. They needed a system where customers book on their own, the shop sees every queue in real time, and history stays auditable.

What we did

• Built the booking system with accounts and role-based access (customer / staff / admin)
• Designed the database and API for queues, schedules, and notifications
• A summary dashboard for the shop, with automated backups
